Our first 25 ambassadors earn $20 on every conversion for their first 12 months.

Know someone who'd love sharing Serum? When an ambassador you refer reaches 3 paid annual subscriber conversions within their first 6 months, you earn $20. If they reach 10 within their first 12 months, you earn another $30.
They just need to name you in their application. One-time bonus per Ambassador referred.
Who we're looking for
People who genuinely use and like Serum. There's no follower minimum. Whether you have 200 followers or 200,000, what matters is that the app is part of your routine and that you can share your honest experience with it.
Ground rules
Short and friendly. Here's what we ask of every ambassador.
- Be 18 or older and live in the US.
- Always disclose that you earn a commission, for example with #ad or “I earn a commission,” in every post that includes your link.
- No spam and no unsolicited messages. Share where it's welcome.
- No paid ads using the Serum name.
- Don't post your link on coupon or discount sites.
- No incentivized App Store reviews.
- No medical or skin-condition claims. Serum is a routine organizer, not a treatment.
FAQ
How do I get paid?
By Zelle, every month. Each conversion adds to your balance, and there's no minimum.
When do I get paid?
Monthly. A commission becomes payable 30 days after the subscription starts, which covers refunds, and we pay within 15 days after each month ends.
Do I need a big following?
No. There's no follower minimum. We care far more about whether you genuinely use and like Serum than how large your audience is.
Do I get Serum for free?
Yes! Every Ambassador gets a complimentary Serum subscription while they're in the program. When your free period ends, Apple will renew it at the regular price unless you cancel.
What tax info do you need?
None to get started. If your commissions reach $1,000 in a calendar year, we'll ask for a W-9 before your next payout.
Can I join from outside the US?
Not yet. The program is open to US residents only for now, but we hope to expand. Check back!
What's a Founding Ambassador?
One of our first 25 ambassadors. Founding Ambassadors earn $20 per conversion, instead of $15, for their first 12 months.
How does the recruiting bonus work?
When someone you refer becomes an ambassador and reaches 3 paid annual subscriber conversions within their first 6 months, you earn $20. If they reach 10 within their first 12 months, you earn an extra $30. Have them write your name in the 'Referred by' line of their application.
