ChesKat Enterprises LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates mobile applications and digital products (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use any of our Services. Our Services are built on a privacy-first foundation: we do not require accounts, we do not collect personal information, and data you enter into our applications is stored exclusively on your device.

Our Services are designed to minimize data collection. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use our applications. Information you enter is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address
• Your credit card numbers, account numbers, or financial account details
• Your login credentials or passwords
• Any personally identifiable information (PII)
• No account registration is required to use our Services

All data you enter into our applications is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage frameworks. This data never leaves your device. ChesKat Enterprises LLC does not have access to, and cannot retrieve, any data stored on your device.

Our applications may use analytics services, such as Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) or platform-native analytics tools, to collect anonymous usage data that helps us improve our Services. Information collected may include:

• Anonymous event data (e.g., which features are used, which screens are viewed)
• Aggregate app usage patterns
• Device type and operating system version
• Anonymous app session data

These analytics services do not collect personally identifiable information.

Our applications may use crash reporting services, such as Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google LLC), to collect anonymous crash reports containing:

• Device model and operating system version
• Application version and build number
• A stack trace showing what occurred before the crash

No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.

All subscription and in-app purchase payments are processed by Apple through the App Store (or by other platform providers through their respective stores). ChesKat Enterprises LLC never receives, stores, or has access to your payment information, credit card numbers, or platform account credentials.

Our Services may include affiliate relationships with third-party companies. If we enter into such relationships, we may earn compensation when users interact with affiliate links within our applications. Any affiliate relationships will be clearly disclosed within the relevant application. Affiliate relationships will not affect the accuracy of data, calculations, or the design of our Services.

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you use our Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that any information processed by third-party services may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
