OfferSheet Privacy Policy

ChesKat Enterprises LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates the OfferSheet mobile application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use OfferSheet. OfferSheet is built on a privacy-first foundation: we do not require an account, we do not collect personal information, and the deal data details you enter is stored exclusively on your device.

OfferSheet is built so that your business stays your business.

Your deals stay on your device

Everything you enter — deals, creators, offer terms, notes, settlement records, your brand name — is stored locally on your device. We have no accounts, no analytics services, and no ad tracking. We cannot read your deals.

Offer sheet PDFs are generated on your device. They leave your device only when you choose to share one, through the iOS share sheet, to a destination you pick.

Community benchmarks

When you settle a deal, OfferSheet adds an anonymous statistic to a shared community pool so that everyone using the app can see what deals like theirs actually settle for. The app tells you this the first time you settle a deal, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings — one switch, no questions asked.

What a contributed record contains — and all it contains:

• Platform (e.g., TikTok)
• Content category (e.g., Beauty)
• Deal structure (e.g., Flat fee)
• Delivered-views range (e.g., 25–50k — never the exact count)
• Settled rate range per 1,000 views (e.g., $6–10 — never the exact amount)
• The month (e.g., 2026-08 — never the date or time)

Deal names, creator names and handles, notes, brand names, and exact figures are never included. The record has no field that could carry them. Records are stored in Apple’s CloudKit public database; as part of how CloudKit works, Apple attaches its own system metadata to every record — an app-scoped random identifier (not your name, email, or Apple ID) and the server’s timestamps for when the record was stored. We do not use either for anything, and neither appears in the benchmarks anyone sees.

Benchmarks shown in the app are these ranges, aggregated. Turning contribution off stops future deals from being added; it does not affect anything else in the app.

Purchases

The optional Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple’s privacy policy governs the transaction; your purchase receipt is managed by your Apple Account.

Deleting your data

Delete a deal or creator in the app, or delete the app itself — your data goes with it. Anonymous benchmark statistics already in the community pool cannot be traced back to you or your device — by us or anyone — which also means they cannot be individually retrieved or deleted.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of OfferSheet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
